I applied online and was contacted within a week about my interviews. The process involved a group activity with other candidates, followed by one-on-one interviews with the recruitment manager. After two weeks, I was offered the job.
i joined during the beginning of covid and the interview process seemed quite rushed. i was given no formal training and felt like i was just thrown into the role blind.
It was a standard interview. The first round was an hr screen, and then the next few rounds were behavioral and technical based on my background. Having a similar background helped me a lot.
