Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a group interview, which was pretty fun and not too intimidating. If you pass that, you move on to 1-on-1s. I was kept updated the whole time.

Applied online and did some scenario based questions and customer service based questions, second stage was in a group with the new hires to watch some training videos. Standard interview questions and common sense, staff are nice, everything is straightforward.

It was a good and simple interview, but very quick. They asked me a few questions about my personal job history. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel relaxed. She explained the job role and future possibilities. She advised they would call in a week.
