I applied back in April, and they didn't even consider me until late July/mid-August. After that, things moved pretty quickly. The whole process had 4 steps, and honestly, the questions were tougher than I expected, definitely not what I usually get asked.

The interview was done over Zoom. After scheduling, it was pretty straightforward and focused on customer service questions, much like other jobs.
