It was a long hiring process. Started with a required assessment, then a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a virtual 'on-site' where I met with three team members.
The interview process was really great! It took about two months, which was pretty good given the time of year. They kept me in the loop about each step. Even though I was applying remotely, I still got to talk to and meet a bunch of people, including senior leaders, before getting and accepting the offer. I really felt like I got a good sense of the company culture by the end. Everyone seemed to be on the same page, and it’s clear the company values its employees. I'm excited to start and join a team and market that's set up for big and steady growth!
It was a straightforward 6-step process, allowing for interaction with everyone from staff members up to the senior leadership. They were really flexible with my complicated interview schedule. The main focus was making sure it was a good fit on both sides. It kicked off with an HR screen, then I met with my direct manager, the department head, and finally the President.
