Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty standard, with some competency questions and technical questions about manufacturing prints and report compilation. Honestly, it felt like too many interviews for what they're offering, and be ready to work long days.

It was a moderate interview process. I had four interviews in total. The first one was a call and the other three were in person. The last two interviews were with upper management. The first call was with a recruiter, and the second interview was with a supervisor.

The interview process was straightforward. I had to complete a CNC Experience questionnaire beforehand. Then I met with some of the shop managers who were pretty friendly. We talked about how things run day-to-day and about my machining experience. They were good about answering my questions and even gave me a tour of the shop. The place seemed really clean. They didn't want to talk about pay until they decided which department would be the best fit for me after they all talked it over.
