It was all virtual, and the interviewers were really insightful and welcoming. They mostly asked behavioral questions. I liked the process and would be super interested in working here.

It was pretty easy and professional. The interviewers were great. I met with another senior accountant, the manager, the VP of accounting, and the chief accounting officer. They were all friendly and informative. It was good overall.

I had a phone chat with HR first, then an in-person meeting with some production folks. They had COVID rules, so we met in a garage behind the office. They asked stuff about my background and hypothetical situations. There weren't many super technical questions, but they did ask about my previous work and how I handled equipment issues. They also asked about my comfort with technology and computers.
