I had two interviews for the web developer role. They didn't do typical LeetCode coding problems. Instead, after I told them about building an Instagram clone, they asked me to explain how I'd design a full-stack web app. The first interview, they said they'd reply within a week but never did. The second time, I got the job offer.
The interview process involved four stages. It started with a call with the recruiter or HR. Then, there was a semi-technical first round. The second round was a live technical challenge, involving whiteboard coding problems. You'd work through a set of these with current team members. Finally, the third round was with upper management and the CEO to discuss your experience and what you expect.
First up was a screening call with HR. Then, I had a technical interview with the engineering manager, which was mainly technical questions without any whiteboarding or assessments. After that, another technical interview with an engineering team member, same as the previous one. Finally, an interview with the engineering Director, which was mostly behavioral with some technical questions mixed in.
