I had a really good interview process. First, I talked to the hiring manager over the phone. Then, I had a Teams interview with some other Directors and department managers, there were about 5 of them. The third interview was in person, they flew me out to AZ to meet everyone.
It started with a 30-minute phone chat, then there was a 1-hour in-person meeting with four Directors. Finally, a 15-minute in-person chat led to a verbal job offer. The HR department was incredibly unhelpful and didn't respond at all during the whole thing.
Went through the standard interview steps. They said they wanted to hire me and asked about my salary expectations. I told them, and then I heard nothing back. I called multiple times and left messages about the status but never got a response. It was really unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this company because they don't even have the courtesy to call back and say the salary is too high or to make a counteroffer. It's a shame!
