I had an interview with a peer and the Director. It was very professional and comfortable. The director introduced herself and the team. Then, the team and director asked me a bunch of scripted, scenario-based questions which I answered.

I had interviewed with HR before for a different role when I was in nursing school. When I saw this RN job, I contacted her and she set up an interview with the director of the floor.

For an initial CVICU position, HR will conduct the first interview. This will be followed by an interview with the Director of the CVICU floor. Each interview is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.
