Candidate-reported interview process

After the initial HR video call, I had to do a self-recorded interview and then a technical assessment where I had to clean and process a dataset. This was to check my analytical and problem-solving abilities.

So, there were three interviews in total. The first two were technical interviews. The last one was more about my background, like a project-based interview discussing what I've done and my strengths and weaknesses.

The process included six weeks of training, a quick Spanish conversation, and a demonstration of improved performance over three months. While it was mostly a process, I was given example calls to see if I was interested.
