Ascendion Recruiter interviews, decoded.

The first part of the process was a Group discussion and the second round was an HR Interview. The panel was interactive and the topics for the group discussion were pretty easy. For the interview, the interviewer asked me various questions about projects, my learning ability, and problem-solving skills.

There were 3 rounds of interviews and 3 of them were kinda tough, coz no matter what you say, they won't agree to that. But Ascendion is a very good company to work with. You will get multiple options to enhance your skills and talents. Very good work culture, no pressure, flexibility. You can get everything you are looking for in the same company.

So I talked to the recruiter Krati Pandey initially and I was excited to join Ascendion. But then it got really disappointing because of communication issues. After I talked to Krati in August '23 and told her about my KRAs and skills, she said my interview would be scheduled soon. But even after I followed up a lot on LinkedIn, phone, text, and WhatsApp, I never heard back from anyone. This lack of communication was really disappointing and made me question the candidate experience at Ascendion. Ghosting people is not professional.
