I had some technical issues where I couldn't hear well, which made me lack confidence and feel like it was a bad experience. The questions weren't super hard, but because I wasn't confident, I couldn't answer them well. The questions asked were a bit tough for me.
I applied through a referral and HR reached out. The first round was scheduled and conducted by a third-party company. The interviewer seemed to just ask questions without understanding my work, like they were just doing their job without real engagement. Even with a DSA question, they didn't clarify the requirements first, and after I coded it, they said the output should be different. I even asked for clarification at the start, which they agreed to, but then they changed the requirements later. I didn't like how the interview was conducted. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.
So the interview process wasn't the worst, but it felt a little weird. They start by asking you trivia questions about the tech stack for the role. Then, for the first two technical interviews, you have to implement a LeetCode easy problem but without using any built-in Java libraries. They mentioned a third interview that was supposed to be a technical interview with three developers, but I didn't even get to that stage. The interviewers in the first two were rushing me and were pretty rude. I'd probably avoid them in the future.
