Ascend Rehab Services Interview Questions

I applied through Indeed and heard back pretty quickly. They asked some basic screening questions about my experience, what I'm looking for in a new job, how I've dealt with challenges and conflicts before, and my salary expectations.

I went through three interviews and everyone was really nice and professional. They asked about my past jobs and seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted to achieve career-wise. I ended up getting the job and accepted!

The interview process was pretty simple, but then meeting the owner it felt like a game. She kept asking how much I wanted to make, I told her, she lowballed me and wasn't willing to negotiate. I got an offer, but I turned it down. Later, I heard from a friend who interviewed a week after me that they offered her more money, and she doesn't even have a Master's degree like I do. I don't want to work for a company that disrespects my time and education, especially since these degrees are so expensive and hard to get. I also don't want to be somewhere that makes people feel like they have to butter up the boss to get paid fairly. I hope they've gotten better since I interviewed.
