I had an hour long phone chat with the in house recruiter. Didn't get to ask any questions about the company or the job. Recruiter was nice and said the next step was to review with the hiring manager, but then I was told I wasn't being moved forward because I wasn't a fit for the company due to its lack of structure/process.
The interview process involved a couple of phone interviews and then face-to-face meetings with both the HR and Operations Directors. While the process itself was quite fluid and moved fast, sometimes getting responses took a while. The recruiter was really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a good experience, and I think this is a solid, growing HR organization with great leadership.
