The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a screening call, then I had to submit a case activity, and finally, there was a second interview with a panel, which included the hiring manager. Even though the process itself was good, the feedback I got afterward wasn't really helpful for understanding where my profile fell short.
Had an initial screening call with Jackie Michel, the recruiter, then a tough case study with two managers, Molly and Erica. The whole thing dragged on for 2 months cause they kept pushing the next interview rounds out by 2-3 weeks. They checked my references and I even made it to the final VP interview, but then got rejected and didn't hear anything until I followed up. Totally DISRESPECTFUL and shady process, but honestly, it's good it didn't work out because they're super unprofessional.
It was a pretty standard 3-4 step interview process. You can expect a phone screen, then a behavioral/case interview, and finally an executive interview. The part that took the longest was waiting for the offer after the final stage. The case interview is take-home, so don't stress too much about preparing for that.
