Ascend Clinical Interview Questions

I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview the following week. During the in-person, I spoke with two people. They asked me about my abilities and asked for specific numbers.

the interview process involved a recruiter call, then a phone screen, followed by a technical screen, then an onsite interview, and after that, a background check, and finally an offer.

First, I had an informal chat with the recruiter about salary and role expectations. They seemed more focused on my commute than my actual experience. I was told they'd call back if I moved forward. I did get a call back and scheduled more interviews. The interviews themselves were fine, though a couple of employees also seemed more interested in my commute rather than my experience, even though I said I was okay with the drive. The recruiter kept me updated after that and promised a final decision call the next week, but they completely ghosted me and never called.
