The interview process was really easy and straightforward. The HR person was super helpful and kind, making it one of the best interview experiences I've had as a Registered Behavior Technician. I felt really comfortable with the interviewer, who was incredibly kind. They asked a lot of scenario-based questions, which made it feel like a really thorough evaluation.
The people I interviewed with were super friendly, humble, and genuine. Since I'm an experienced RBT, the interview focused on ABA-specific topics, included some role-playing, and situational questions. I've honestly never gotten so much positive feedback during an interview before! The process started with a phone screen where we discussed my background, followed by a virtual video call that went deeper into ABA-related questions.
I had two interviews. First, I talked to someone in company management. Then, I met with a BCBA who would be my supervisor. Both interviews were via Skype, and they were really nice, which was great.
