Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, a 30 minute phone chat with HR about your interests. Second, a meeting with the department head and two directors. Third, a meeting with the whole team. A writing test was also required at the end.

I applied online and it took a few weeks. I had a panel interview where they asked me questions about my background and what I was interested in. The panel was engaging and really helpful in figuring out if I was interested in the job.

The interview process started with a quick and pleasant phone call with HR. Once you arrive at the building, things become quite formal. You might need to walk around the building for interviews, depending on who is interviewing you. After that, there's a panel interview with about 4-5 people from different departments.
