The interview process was pretty chill, like easy to moderate, and overall it was a good experience. It was a good conversation and it led to a positive outcome. The questions weren't too hard and were pretty much straightforward. Make sure to come prepared with questions to ask and have a positive mindset.
Had one initial interview, but then no response for 5 months. The interview itself was good and showed they were invested in hiring, but the silence afterwards was annoying.
It was 3 rounds, and they were pretty quick which is good, they don't drag it out for months. First was HR, then team leads, and last was the seniors. The HR and team lead interviews were pretty standard with general questions about my work history. The last one was a bit harder, they asked about what I would do in some specific situations for the job.
