I had two rounds with chapter leads. One was about my past work, and the other was a pure technical coding round online. The recruiter's communication was really bad; even after chasing them, I got no response. It makes me wonder why they even have recruiters if they're not approachable. Candidates have a right to know their interview status, and they didn't even bother to update or respond. I'm actually glad I didn't end up with an organization that has such poor communication and doesn't care about how you feel.
