Candidate-reported interview process

I’ve spent over a decade building and scaling global commerce and payments ecosystems — driving trust, conversion, and personalization across millions of transactions. BetMGM’s focus on secure, seamless, and compliant payment experiences directly parallels my work at HP, where I built checkout and payment experiences optimized for both conversion and regulatory compliance across global markets. The emphasis on data-driven decision-making and vendor partnerships resonates with my experience leading multi-market fintech integrations and optimizing partner ecosystems to balance risk, cost, and customer satisfaction.

We'll talk about sales and targets. I need to know about your last job, your targets, expectations, incentives, and how many days you worked. We will also cover working hours, salary slabs, your manager, reporting city, office timings, training, reporting structure, target audience, deal count, team size, and reasons to leave earlier jobs.

It was a group interview, with a dynamic test, specific knowledge of the role, logical tests, and writing. There were 7 people evaluating the candidates. It took approximately 2 hours because there were several candidates and tests.
