I had a great experience with ISA and got immediate feedback on my interview. I recommend this cool interview process: it's custom-made for you and you can do it whenever you want, even at midnight. It's basically a voice chat interview.
The interview process had 3 stages. The first was to learn more about the role and my experience. The second was to learn more about me as a person. The third was with the CEO, where I was presented with a case and asked how I would solve it.
So, first there was a phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, an interview with the company owner. It definitely gets more personal and challenging as you progress through the stages.
