Candidate-reported interview process

It was a formal interview with the team in person. The people were nice and seemed to have good chemistry. It felt like a family environment, and the location was convenient for me.

It was long and tedious. There were 7 interviews over more than 1 month, and then they didn't reply. I had to email them to find out the status of my process and get minimal feedback. Bad experience.

I had a phone interview that went well, and then I got a second interview. The second interview was really simple and easy. They wanted me to know about the company and the job duties. They also said to just be myself and to crack a relevant joke. It's important to know that you can apply your previous work experience to this position to help yourself through the interview.
