Asante Interview Questions

The interview process is one-sided. You have to record several videos answering prompts via a third-party website. The site claims you get one try per question and that only saved videos are reviewed, but this isn't true. All your attempts are visible. It's not intuitive, and HR doesn't communicate afterward.

It was really organized and professional, they set up specific times for the interviews so I knew when to expect them. They had a few rounds of interviews, including a screening and then the main interview.

I had a phone call with the head of the department, then I went in person to interview with some of the staff there. It was a good way to get a feel for who my potential colleagues might be. We then had lunch, and they said I'd hear back in a week or two, though it ended up being 3-4 weeks.
