I went through a group interview with the whole marketing department, then a panel interview with people from other departments I'd be collaborating with, and finally a one-on-one chat with the VP of the department. Since the interviewers aren't really trained, the questions were kind of all over the place, which is pretty typical for panels, but it felt a bit unprepared.
The interview process was lengthy and seemed to take forever. I initially thought they weren't interested because I didn't hear back for a significant amount of time. However, months later, they scheduled another interview, followed by two more. It felt quite drawn out.
The interview process was very disappointing, with the organization not living up to its own standards regarding ageism, transparency, and making a good impression. It seems to be primarily focused on making money for itself. I regret giving them my contact information as I now receive endless marketing communications.
