The interview involved a few steps, like a chat with leadership and a practical test. The people were very welcoming. I didn't feel any insecurity during the interview. However, the feedback mentioned that I focused more on UI.
The entire process was quite agile, with three stages. The first was an initial conversation with the recruiter and leadership. In the second, I presented a technical case and had the opportunity to explain it in detail. Finally, there was a meeting with the leadership and the area's directors, and all conversations were very calm. The people showed great interest in understanding my process, my way of working, my preferences, and, mainly, in getting to know me better.
Applied for the job through Gupy. Had an interview with the recruiter. Then a technical test, followed by a technical interview. Finally, a job offer. The recruiter interview was pretty relaxed. She knew the basics of the field and explained things clearly, answering my questions about the role and process. After that, I had a technical test based on the job's context, with 4 days to complete. It was fairly straightforward, nothing too crazy was asked. Then came the technical interview to present my test results and discuss day-to-day job-related topics.
