ASAAS General Intern interviews, decoded.

The process started on Gupy and in less than a week a group interview was scheduled, and a week later, interviews with the managers. The dynamic was smooth, basic presentation. The most exhaustive part was with the managers, it lasted a little over an hour and was a bit tiring. There were 2 managers and 1 HR person and the questions were constant. Despite that, the selection process was human and the feedback, although negative, was very clarifying. I have nothing to complain about.

From the beginning, they were very clear about the processes, always very respectful and kind. Everything was very humanized. They set deadlines for responses and even got back before them. Despite the nervousness that a selection process causes, everything was very light and dynamic. Congratulations 💙

It was long (about 1 hour) and proceeded like a normal interview about my journey. At the end, there was a code interview about questions I solved during the selection process.
