Candidate-reported interview process

The process was well-organized, with clear communication at every step. The interviews were objective, technically sound without being excessive, and allowed for real discussion about architecture, team challenges, and company culture. I felt respected and comfortable throughout the entire experience.

The recruiter call was relaxed and flowed well. We discussed my professional development and the questions felt more like a business partnership exploration than a typical interview. It was a very human interaction.

The interview process was split into two main parts. First, there was a 40-minute chat with HR, and then a 1.5-hour whiteboard test with the engineering leads. Both the HR person and the engineers made me feel really comfortable and kept giving me updates on how things were going.
