ASAAS Assistant interviews, decoded.

The selection process was very pleasant. Both the recruiters and the managers made the dynamic and the individual interview very smooth and objective. The questions were very relevant to the function. They asked about personal life, strengths, weaknesses, why I want to be part of the team, and career. Regarding career, they asked about success stories, mistakes, what I like most about the area, and so on. The negative point is that it seems like many positions are theoretically external, but in practice, they are internal or by referral. So, I want to say to those who desire a good opportunity not to get discouraged, seek knowledge, good contacts, and keep doing your best.

The whole process was very relaxed and split into two parts. First, a group interview where I was asked to introduce myself (name, city, strengths, areas for improvement, why I was interested in the company) and then a group activity (establish, together with the group, 5 points to compose the guidelines for effective feedback). The second part was an individual interview, also very relaxed, with participation from HR and sector leaders. I was asked to give a brief presentation again, talk about professional experiences, and then the interview was conducted as the conversation flowed. The job characteristics, company information, and work modality were also presented.

Applied through Gupy. Had an initial interview with HR and then with the leadership. There was a dynamics session to solve a problem. I thought the duration of the selection process, the stages, and the evaluation were okay.
