The interview was pretty simple. At one point I had like an orientation day where the person that did my interview gave me a tour around the workplace and showed me majority of the things they do.
The process had a few parts: First, an HR interview via video call. Then, a manager interview, also by video. After that, a face-to-face interview with HR and the director, which included a role-playing exercise. Finally, they did thorough reference checks by phone. Honestly, the whole process felt way too long and tedious for an assistant role.
Went through three rounds of interviews with the hiring team. Two were remote interviews, and one was an onsite interview. It felt like a two-way street where I could ask my own questions, and I got honest and transparent answers about the challenges associated with the role. Overall, it was a positive experience.
