It was pretty straightforward for someone starting out. Two managers conducted the interview, asking questions about my background and previous experience. They mentioned they would get back to me in a few days, but I suggest following up the next day to check on your application status.
It was a pretty typical series of interviews. First, I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview. They sent clear instructions via email on how to get to the in-person interview. Everyone was really friendly when I got there and the interviewers were professional. They immediately talked about professionalism and how important appearance is in a bank.
The interview process was pretty fast and clear. I had the phone interview first and then we made an appointment for the in person interview. The questions were not hard and the managers were very nice.
