Arvato Team Lead interviews, decoded.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. Show that you're eager and keen to learn, and you'll get the job.

It was an assessment centre with 5 people: 2 future managers, 1 board member, and 2 HR people. They filmed the whole thing. The first task, which you had to solve together with a competitor (40 min), required you to speak loudly so that everyone mentioned above could hear you. All personal notes were also collected afterward.

The interview process was long-winded, chaotic, and unprofessional. After the first conversation, I didn't receive any feedback, which I took as a rejection. Then, surprisingly, I was invited for a second interview. I didn't receive an invitation. I already wanted to cancel the whole thing (I wish I had!). Only after inquiring did I receive confirmation. The interviewers were unknown, and they hadn't prepared for the conversation. Afterward, I received a rejection. I'm glad I don't have to work in such a chaotic company.
