Arvato Recruiter interviews, decoded.

Had a 30 min phone call, then a 30 min in-person meeting. The entire in-person time was spent learning about the company, and I wasn't asked any questions. The HR person had to leave for another meeting and I was left waiting in her office. They were also really bad at following up.

I applied online. The hiring process had 2 stages and was very thorough and detailed. I had a really good experience throughout the process, and the recruiters were nice, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a very good and positive experience.

I was contacted by email for an interview. It was sufficient and asked behavioural and skill based questions. I thought it went very positively. I didn't hear anything for two weeks, so I emailed one of the recruiters and received an out of office reply. I then proceeded to email their 'out of office' contact person (Recruitment Lead) who said they would schedule a call with me and never did. After leaving both a voicemail and one more email, I gave up. I found the experience negative and unprofessional.
