The process was very fast: I applied online, then had a first interview over the phone, and a second one face-to-face. After the second interview, an offer was made the very next day by phone.
There was a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager present. Usually, a recruiter is there too, but not this time because they were on vacation. It was a pleasant conversation, mainly for getting to know each other personally and seeing if we'd get along, with not many technical details. Feedback came about 6 weeks later, and only after I followed up, likely because HR wasn't there.
The interview process started with a phone screening, which was a quick review of my resume. After that, I had two in-person interviews, one with HR and another with a Senior Team Member. The final stage involved another face-to-face meeting with the Hiring Managers and Human Resources.
