Candidate-reported interview process

Had a Teams call, it was friendly and not too formal. The questions were not very technical, more focused on behavioral scenarios like 'describe a situation where...' or 'in this hypothetical situation...'. I tried to use the STAR method, but the questions were pretty high-level. They did give good info about the role and expectations.

I applied in October and did some online tests and a video interview. Then, in December, I had a virtual assessment centre, which lasted about 5 hours and was the last part of the hiring process. I was offered feedback but never got any.

First call with HR, then a technical interview with team members. They were very communicative and open to getting to know the candidate. However, they weren't very clear about the timeline for the selection process and when a decision would be made.
