The interview was conducted online and was in an assessment centre format. It was alright but the assessment questions were tough, especially the follow-up ones. The interviewers were friendly and tried to guide me towards the correct answers.
The interview process had three parts. First, there was a technical interview where they gave me a building schematic and some questions, and then I had to talk through my answers. After that, we had a generic interview about the company and my past experience. Finally, there was a case study interview where I was given a brief and had to decide the feasibility of a project.
The interview process was quite detailed and the host was really nice. Everything seemed to go pretty well, but I felt like I made some mistakes and wasn't confident enough. It felt like I might have gotten the job, but for some reason, I wasn't quite good enough.
