Had a teams interview with a senior manager and an HR person where we talked about my CV from my last few jobs. Then, I interviewed with more senior managers and a senior member of the management team.
It was a great interview! Both HR and the team leader were there. They were SO nice and respectful! It was a great experience, it was one of the few interviews where I felt like they were interested in getting to know the person behind the CV (and weren't just interested in listening to a person talk about their previous accomplishments).
It was a pretty straightforward process. I was overseas when I interviewed, and the interviewers were really friendly and seemed keen on hiring someone. There were three interview rounds.
