Candidate-reported interview process

Pretty straightforward - the online interview had a set of questions that weren't too difficult. It was online, so there was a time limit for the questions, and you had to get through them one by one.

I went through 2 HR interviews first and then an assessment center. The assessment center had two more interviews - one for a case study and another with management. The whole assessment center was about 3 hours.

Application process for the Strategy & Economics role. It involved written questions about motivation and skills, no CV needed. Then, a SOVA assessment for numerical reasoning and pattern recognition. Finally, an online assessment center with an investment case study, a presentation, and a behavioral interview.
