Candidate-reported interview process

Had two interviews with team members. It wasn't too tough, and they were all behavioral with no technical stuff. It was good that there wasn't much time between the interviews, so I didn't have to wait around.

It was a friendly, smooth process. They asked questions about why I want to join Arup, to introduce myself, why I applied for this role, my future plans, teamwork and biggest challenges, motivations, and then more on teamwork and challenges.

I did a virtual interview and they asked me to talk about myself and my experience, why I'm interested in working at Arup, my graduation date, my work eligibility, and my availability for the start date.
