Candidate-reported interview process

Standard interview process, started with discussing my interest in the company and going over my resume. It was a quick and pleasant chat, I didn't feel any pressure. They also shared some insights into the company's policies.

The interview lasted about 30 minutes, though they scheduled an hour. It covered personal and competency-based questions. I had a really nice experience with the interviewers. They contacted me with an offer about two weeks later.

It was a positive experience with multiple rounds, offering great exposure to meeting members across business functions. I had discussions with HR, my potential line manager, and service leads. Overall, a good experience.
