Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very clear. They clearly described the roles and tasks. The interview wasn't overly technical. They asked me to talk about my experience and studies, and also about the activities I'd be interested in doing within the company.

The interview process was very streamlined. It involved self-recorded behavioral questions and a chat with senior team members to learn more about ARUP. The whole process took about 2 months and was done remotely via virtual calls.

The interview was pretty relaxed and laid-back, felt like a casual chat with friendly people. It was easy to talk about my experiences, ask my questions, and just connect without any pressure or feeling too formal.
