Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was relaxed and informal, focusing on discussing your experience to date and asking personal questions about hobbies and interests. The interviewers were very friendly and helped make you feel relaxed, also providing guidance on how best to answer questions, like specifying what YOU did.

It was a competency-based interview with questions about motivation, why the role, and why Arup. Two interviewers reviewed my application and listed experiences, letting me expand on them. The overall experience was nice, and the interviewers made me feel comfortable.

After sending in my application, I got called for the final round interview, but it took about 3 months to hear back. It was a really long wait from when I applied to when they finally scheduled the interview. Honestly, it felt like they just put my application on the back burner.
