Candidate-reported interview process
Applied through the portal, and had two meetings. They asked me questions about my background and enthusiasm for urban space design. They wanted to know about my commitment to new ideas and teamwork.
We had to do a pre-recorded video interview which was pretty easy. It had 6 questions about the job and 3 questions about when I graduate and my visa status. Each question had a 1-minute time limit and I got 3 tries for each.
It was a long and detailed process with a lot of forms to complete. The whole thing was really thorough and involved filling out many forms for the application.
