Candidate-reported interview process

To start, there was an online behavioural assessment. After I passed that, I had a basic interview. It was pretty informal and mostly about why I wanted the job, some behavioural stuff, and if I understood the role. No super technical questions. They communicated well and gave feedback after.

So first they screen your resume, and if it looks good, you get a call to do a written test. If you pass the written test, you get called for the second interview.

Experienced hire. We had several interviews, starting with HR calls, then a fit check interview, followed by a case study interview, and finally another round of interviews. The interviews for the BIA team were friendly, and I really enjoyed meeting everyone there.
