Candidate-reported interview process

It was a recorded interview, with five questions, one minute for each before moving to the next. It was a super anxious and stressful interview, and I really didn't like it.

This was a formal process. I was approached by both directors who are in charge, plus some HR people. Overall, it was a good interaction. They told me about the job, what they expect, and the salary.

It was an online video interview. I had to record 1 minute 30 second answers for 3 questions. I was given time to plan my answers and could re-record if needed. The questions were pretty general, asking about why I'm interested in this specific job offer.
