Candidate-reported interview process

i had a first interview with HR , the team lead and one team member. we talked about non-technical things. they were really positive and it was a positive experience overall. the position was not suitable for me though.

First there was a phone screener to ask about my experience, why I want the job, and my salary needs. Then they emailed some questions that I had a week to answer. After that, I heard nothing back, still waiting after six weeks. They also didn't ask about any needed adjustments for disabled candidates. Really bad experience.

I had a phone interview with HR. The HR person told me I sounded great and that she would talk to her colleagues about salary and then get back to me. I sent a follow-up email but never heard back, which was disappointing and misleading since I got positive feedback.
