Candidate-reported interview process

So, the first interview was with the Head of Discipline and the Business Development Lead. We chatted about me, my work history, and what I'd bring to the company. They also asked about how I've grown my team members. The next interview was with a specialist in my area. We talked about past projects, client management, and the analysis I've done.

Started with a chat with the hiring manager, then had a formal interview with the local hiring manager, regional manager, and the head of the regional team. They got back to me with an offer after a couple of weeks.

I had two quick back-to-back virtual interviews with different managers. Both were really professional and lasted about 30 minutes each. I would have liked to meet in person since I'm in NYC, but that wasn't possible.
