It was a holistic interview process, but it took about six months to get an official rejection. They asked a lot about fitting in with the company ethos. The interview was just over an hour long.
First, there was a 30-minute Zoom call to determine if I was a good fit. Then, I had an hour-long onsite interview. After that, they mentioned another series of interviews, but I didn't get to that next round. They showed us their process and gave a general tour of the facility.
The interview process was very thorough. They asked a lot of great questions and were up front about everything. They explained what the job would entail and who I would be working with. They had me do a typing test to make sure that I could type at least 60 wpm as well.
