Artsy Interview Questions

I had a really frustrating and poorly managed interview process. I went through two rounds of interviews and then heard nothing for almost two months. It was complete radio silence, so I had no idea if they were still considering me or not. When they finally got back to me, it was just a rejection with some generic feedback that wasn't very helpful. They also suggested I look for other roles, which felt pretty impersonal considering how little communication there was. It just didn't feel like they respected my time or effort. Better communication and updates would have made a big difference.

Interview went well. Wasn't too many rounds but wound up going with someone internal, so felt like a bit of a waste. Spoke with the hiring manager first and then 3 people from the team that the role would be interacting with.

This hiring process had 5 interview stages and 7 meetings in total, spread over 6 weeks. There were three tasks involved and some repeated questions about your past experience and how you'd fit into the company.
