You'll chat with different levels of management, starting with HR and going all the way up to a partner. If the partner interview goes well, you'll be invited for an all-day on-site to meet everyone on the team.
They started with a first round of behavioral questions. They also asked about the firm and some market questions about the overall economy and why emerging markets. Also asked tell me about yourself.
First off, I had two phone interviews, and then they flew me out for two full-day onsite interviews. There were a couple of tests, including a math test and an exercise where I had to synthesize a policy document.
